About Form I-9 2022 Printable

Employment Authorization Document (EAD), or Employment Authorization Document-2 (EAD-2), is a document that establishes the employee's legal status. The individual is employed by an employer, and the employer needs the individual to have a work visa issued upon arrival in the United States The individual may be a dependent of an immigrant eligible for permanent residence under the visa waiver program (VIP) The individual is the subject of a petition for an immigration benefit being filed with the US government. The EAD may be required to document that the individual was born in the United States or at least was present in the United States for at least nine months before they would have been eligible for an EAD. Some employers have the audacity to ask an employee if they have a medical condition or if their child is a citizen in the I-9 form in order to obtain an EAD. There really is no such thing as an I-9 form if you look closely.
